The Challenge
CLEAR Restoration challenged the Catapult team with revamping their website with new content and design that would resonate with customers who had just been through a tragic event. It had to relay professionalism, experience, and expertise while also pushing the site toward the top of Google.

Behind the Copy
Word choice was particularly important when writing for CLEAR Restoration’s 10-page site, as its customers would be ones that had just suffered a life-altering incident. When working through tone options with the client, we agreed I would write in sympathetic and conversational tones that inspired trust and showcased their expertise.
I also optimized the copy for SEO and as a result, CLEAR Restoration has since been rewarded a spot on the first page of Google results.
